We arrived in Cherbourg on time. After a stop to stock up on supplies at the hyper market on the outskirts of Cherbourg we arrived at our camping site at 2pm.
I cycled into Sainte Mere Elegise. the village is busy for the d day celebrations. Lots of WW2 events taking place over the next few days.
Campsite is on Utah beach . 5 star campsite with swimming pool, bar etc.
Beer sampling Leffe Blonde. Belgium Lager. Leffe Brun is a dark beer not to everyone's taste.
