We departed Newtownabbey around lunchtime, setting off for Dublin to board the overnight ferry to Cherbourg. The drive through Belfast and onto the motorway was smooth and uneventful.
Along the way, we stopped at an Applegreen service station for a coffee break and to refill the AdBlue. I always prefer using the lorry pumps at Applegreen for convenience.
Ferry very busy, all shapes and sizes of motorhomes on board.
1st beer of the trip. Moretti nice Italian beer.
